the location was very convenient being just a short walk from the train station. i also found it easy to reach the main shopping street. the staff at reception were helpful and cute. they quickly addressed a couple of minor issues i had in my room.
the wifi connection was quite slow and unreliable i was on the first floor. a bedside lamp was not working properly it stayed on all night during my first night. there were limited toiletries provided in the bathroom only shampoo and soap were available.

the location was great near the train station and the tram station making it easy to get around the staff were helpful and quick to assist the room had a mini fridge which was useful for keeping drinks cool i liked that it was close to local restaurants and shopping areas too
the furniture in the room looked a bit dated and showed minor signs of wear overall this required some updating

the hotel is super close to the train station that makes day trips easy the promenade is only a short walk this area provides a lovely stroll along the coast and beautiful views it is fantastic.

the double room featured everything i needed for my stay it was nice and neat i found the bed comfy and the pillows so soft i rested well this room had all the basics covered.

i found the front desk staff super friendly and cute they were available 24 hours a day ensuring a feeling of safety and convenience the staff helped me immediately i really appreciated that attitude
